All Highwood Reunion
The Highwood Historical Society is hosting the first ever All Highwood Reunion. We're going to have a blast the weekend of July 17th, 18th and 19th.
Terrific Tomato Contest
The residents of the city of Highwood have always taken pride in their ability to grow the best flowers, fruits and vegetables. For home gardeners of many backgrounds, the homegrown tomato occupies a special place.Last year we saw over 75 Tomato growers strut their stuff and compete to see whose tomato reigned supreme. We're going to try it again this year, but with a twist... Gardeners will compete for best in neighborhood as well as best in the city.
