Photo Feature - A Day in the Life of Highwood
In the interest of pursuing the Highwood Historical Society's ongoing mission to preserve Highwood History, we are going to pick a day this summer to archive the things that make life in Highwood great.
We will announce the full details of the event in this summer's newsletter, but we will be seeking submissions from anyone in Highwood on that one special day this summer.
Submissions can include stories of what happened in Highwood that day, poems, photographs, sound recordings, drawings, oil painting, sculpture, videos, even pictures from a cellphone camera will be accepted.
The Historical Society's goal is to capture and archive the things we love about Highwood, the residents, the businesses, the gardens, even the pets.
